Ignorance reveals! Cultural buildings sold, administration so corrupt, nepotism and cronyism so deep- rooted, salary so small...resulting in such inactive/negative results. There many officials now in the ministry positions, but why no experts, and not working? Why keeping them in positions and open salaries?
